  Initial Introduction

  One-on-one consultations are available by appointment with a member of the team at our North Sydney office or online. Appointments are usually scheduled for an hour and are tailored according to your needs.

  Consultation

  At the consultation you can explore our sample designs, get advice on stone options and discuss custom design elements. Remember that each piece is designed custom for you, so you can add custom elements to make your special piece one of a kind. We offer digital consultations for any interstate and international clients.

  Custom Creation

  Once we have all the details we start making your custom piece. We send you a CAD of the design for final approval. We then proceed to cutting or sourcing your chosen stone and handcrafting your setting. Your gorgeous piece is then delivered directly to you or picked up from our North Sydney office.
